Principal Valiza Castro
Valiza Castro proudly serves as the Principal of Presidential Meadows Elementary in Manor ISD. She brings over 18 years of experience in Texas public education, having worked across multiple grade levels and districts in both teaching and leadership roles.
Before joining PME, Ms. Valiza served as the Principal of Lantrip Elementary in Houston ISD and as an administrator in Pasadena ISD. The first decade of Ms. Valiza’s career began in the classroom, where she taught early childhood and then transitioned to the high school level. During her time as a teacher, she served as a grade-level chair, mentored teachers, coached cheer, and led students to state-level UIL competitions. Throughout her journey, she has remained dedicated to building strong instructional systems, supporting teacher growth, and fostering positive, student-centered school cultures.
Ms. Valiza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations & Marketing from the University of Houston-Central Campus and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.
At the heart of Ms. Valiza’s leadership is her firm belief that every child deserves a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous learning environment. She is passionate about being a servant leader, leading by example, and ensuring that students feel seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. Guided by integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to equity, Ms. Valiza partners with teachers, families, and the community to create a thriving school where ALL students can succeed and soar like an EAGLE!

Assistant Principal Mr. Stefan Bryant

Mr. Bryant began this school year at the Manor High School Complex 10th -12th and recently moved over to the elementary rankings of Presidential Meadows Elementary. He brings 26 years of dedicated service to education, Mr. Bryant earned a bachelor’s degree from Bethune-Cookman College in 1992, his first Master’s degree in Public Administration from The University of Central Florida in 1995, and second Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Barry University in 2016.
Prior to Mr. Bryant being a secondary administrator for the past 23 years, he was a classroom teacher for Social Studies and Special Education as well as a girl’s middle school basketball coach and high school football coach for 3 years.
His journey into education has been shaped by a series of meaningful experiences that have deepened the commitment to teaching, leadership, and student growth. From an early age, he was fortunate to be surrounded by educators and coaches who not only taught content but also modeled compassion, discipline, and resilience. Their belief in his potential instilled a sense of purpose that continues to guide work in the classroom and beyond.
Growing up in diverse learning environments taught the importance of equity, cultural responsiveness, and the need to meet students where they are. He saw firsthand how strong relationships and high expectations can change the trajectory of a student’s life. These early experiences continue to influence the way he builds community on the campus and coach students to believe in themselves.
